Description:
Developmentally Appropriate movement skills, body connectivity, body awareness and the elements of dance that we learn on the ground and take to the air! These Movement Explorers learn aerial foundations using silks & sling. We dance, play and progress sequentially in a fun, safe, supportive environment!
Homeschool Aerial Dance is for mixed ages & experience levels. Through Aerial arts explorations, We build skills, confidence, coordination and technique from ground to air. We will play with skills, poses, sequencing, climbing and transitions in the air. Students explore how to make their own work & collaborate with others. Students will train with safety and intelligence and then have the opportunity to share their work at end of session if they choose. Student Showcase: May 2nd, 4pm (performance always optional).
