Aerial Arts Mentorship/ Dance Arts Independent Study:
An opportunity for the older students, who show readiness to develop their dance artistry and work specifically with their personal interests within aerial arts and/or the field of dance. This is a one on one mentorship program for the young developing artist and athlete – a rites of passage for those who are ready. It includes : training time, supervised independent study based on the students’ interest, student composition/ choreography skills, performance creation and support in developing ones artistic voice. Dancers have opportunity to share their work in the Spring student showcase if they choose. Obviously, performance is always a choice.
